The only part Bailey, Raegan, and I had in it was to haul the stove home so Matt could haul the tractor we borrowed from Mike and Diane to unload it. Since the girls are still rear facing in their car seats I told them how important it was for them to watch the stove to make sure it didn't come off the trailer :-) ... they did a good job.
First, Matt put the frame it sits on down where we wanted it to go and put the insulation for the bottom of the stove on the stand.
Mike and Diane have forks on their tractor and it's bigger than ours so they let us borrow it to unload and move the stove. Matt took it off the trailer and, with some landing help, put the stove on the stand using the firebox. Then, he pulled up to it sideways and picked it up stand and all to move it to the pad.
Careful not to hit the wall...
It landed successfully in it's new home. Empty, he and I could move it around a little bit to get it exactly where we want it. Pretty sure once the water is in it we ain't gonna budge that dude.
A HUGE thank you to Mike and Diane for all they have done to make this possible. We can't wait to finish her up and get every bit of good use out of what Matt, Mike, Diane, and anyone else who helped, has built.
